References in the privacy policy to “Sergakis Design Hellas”, “we”, “our”, mean the above company registered in Greece as aforementioned in the section “general terms”. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by our company when you access our site and other services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Please note we do not, in any way, save or store your payment details.

(c) E-shop Service: In order to perform any transaction through the “Sergakis Design Hellas” e-shop and to place any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data which are necessary for such a transaction, your full name (first name and surname), the address for the delivery of products, your phone number (whichever phone number you specify – fixed network phone number or mobile phone number), your email address and, in case you choose to use your credit card as a payment method, you will be asked to provide the card number, its expiry date as well as the 3-digit security code of your card. If you also ask us to issue an invoice you may be asked to give your fiscal (TIN / AFM) number as well. If you fail to provide us with some of the above information, we may not be able to complete your order.

(d) Consent: We reassure you that we ask the minimum of the data required for the transaction.
