We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 500€ for deliveries outside Europe. For all international orders (outside the EU), customs duties, import taxes and any additional clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid in order for your order to be released and delivered.

If you request a refund for an item on which customs duties or import taxes have been paid, please note that these charges cannot be refunded, as they are not collected by us.
In the event that a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, DHL administrative fees, customs handling charges, or related expenses incurred during the return process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
